House of Representatives. During her tenure with the Florida
Legislature, Lisa analyzed over 100 pieces of filed legislation
and the hallmark of her career was facilitating the passage of
the Uniform Building Code Bill. This groundbreaking legislation
created the current Florida Building Commission and standardized

as a Senior Aide to an Orange County, Florida Commissioner, Lisa
worked closely with all Orange County departments. During a special

a planned utilities expansion requiring an $80 million revenue
bond issuance was unnecessary. Her in-depth report convinced
the Orange County Commission to delay the expansion and forgo
the revenue bond issuance, thereby saving taxpayers hundreds
of millions of dollars over 30 years.
Lisa holds a Masters Degree and a Bachelors Degree, both in Public
Administration, from the University of Central Florida. |
